Delivery Information
All of our parcels are sent via Royal Mail using their recorded signed for service. A unique tracking number will be sent with your e‑mail order confirmation to enable you to track the progress of your parcel.
You can track the progress of your parcel using Royal Mail’s 'Track & Trace' service here.
Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery of your parcel. If you are not available to accept your delivery, the driver will leave a card informing you of how and where you can collect your parcel (i.e. local delivery or sorting office), or how to arrange re‑delivery.
If you live in the United Kingdom, have missed a delivery and received a ‘Something for You' card from Royal Mail, you can book a re‑delivery here.

Additional charges
Please note that on very rare occasions there may be a delivery surcharge depending on the size and weight of items ordered. If this is the case, we will contact you by e‑mail on receipt of your order.
Customs & import duty
Goods delivered to destinations outside of the European Union (EU) may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs formalities, and will be required to pay any additional charges.
These charges are outside of our control and we cannot predict what they may be. Please check customs formalities and import charges applicable in your country before ordering.
Delays
Delivery delays caused by Royal Mail (or any subsequent courier) are outside of our control and we are therefore unable to accept accountability.
